Their server would often crash leaving all staff unable to work for hours (occasionally, days). They also had emails on-site and a very old and complex spam filtering service. The larger CAD file sizes required by architects caused many problems which became a serious issue.

Following on from a recommendation, Peter asked Mintivo to assist urgently. We stabilised their network and provided a reliable platform for them to work from in the short term. This action was so well received, that once their existing contract came to an end, we were asked to carry out an in-depth review of the CMS Group’s IT infrastructure, and have been fully supporting them ever since.
Mintivo have assisted CMS Group to migrate to Office 365 and we manage all spam filtering within the same portal. Since the full introduction, emails are now extremely reliable, secure and readily accommodate the large CAD files.
Through our contacts, we were also able to ensure that CMS were one of the first businesses to be upgraded to fibre and dealt with all the installation requirements. This has enabled CMS to take advantage of the flexibility and scalability of many more Cloud services.
