MINTIVO

Finalists for Business of the Year!

We are delighted to have been shortlisted to the final three companies in the Business of the Year category at the 2020 Wiltshire Life Awards.

We believe that we have a fantastic culture and business model, but it is wonderful to have an external, independent judging panel agree with us! The Judging panel for this year’s awards was made up by an impressive array of individuals which include a number of successful business owners, an MBE, an adviser to the Council for ex-Heads of State and Government, an ex-member of the diplomatic service and the current Deputy Lieutenant of Wiltshire.

In order to submit an application for this prestigious category, we needed to demonstrate that Mintivo is a successful and innovative business. The judges wanted to have a clear understanding that we have a strong sense of identity as well as financial success. We needed to confirm that in addition to customer focus, we also have great staff engagement and growth together with a solid, proven and sustainable business plan.

IT infrastructure is usually the life blood of an organisation, where any downtime or computer glitches cost time and money. In order to have a successful and growing IT support company, we knew we would have to ensure that our employee engagement was developed in such a way that staff would want to give their best for us, especially as our clients often need and expect extremely tight turnaround times.

Our team have been chosen for their attitude and customer focus as opposed to only their knowledge base and experience. Ongoing training is provided, and we are proud of our team’s dedication, qualifications and expertise.

Our brand has always stood for quality advice, support and collaboration and we pride ourselves on providing a corporate IT solution for fellow SMEs. By fully understanding our clients, we constantly offer solutions to their basic and in-depth IT and communication issues whilst constantly looking to innovate and add additional offerings.

We are fortunate to work with a wide array of companies from varying sectors, and we have chosen to only work with like-minded companies. By working with our clients (as opposed to for them) we are lucky to have some wonderful testimonials and case studies.

The Awards ceremony is being held on 20th March, so we have a while to wait to find out if we have won! Watch this space.
