Born in Surrey, Matt now lives with his girlfriend in Trowbridge and heads up Mintivo’s business development team. Working closely with the Marketing team, Matt’s enthusiasm in the office is infectious.
When asked why he wanted to join Mintivo having worked for two other large IT companies over the past 10 years, he commented,
In addition to being a mean pool player, Matt enjoys playing Call of Duty World War 2 and listening to House music. His favourite film is Green Book, and he loves a really good Sunday Roast and snacking on scampi flavoured Nik Naks. He has two cats – Arnold and Sylvester.
I asked him what he thought separated Mintivo from other IT companies and he said “The people, definitely the people! They’re friendly, helpful and I can confirm they really do care about their clients and staff.”
Matt is obviously very keen to impress his girlfriend as when asked what item he would take with him on a desert island, he immediately responded with ‘My girlfriend!’ He did say that if that wasn’t allowed, he’d take a football.

Why or how did you get involved with IT?
From originally working in a new business capacity in recruitment, I was looking for a new challenge and a change of industry. The skills learned whilst working in recruitment transitioned well into developing new business within the IT sector. I’ve always had a passion for information gathering, meeting new people and finding out about new businesses and how they work, and IT sales provides me with a perfect platform to do just that.
