My Mintivo Installation - One-time Setup
Below you will find instructions for the one-time setup of My Mintivo
Step 1
The software will be deployed to your machine by Mintivo.
Once installed, you will find a Mintivo logo icon (pictured below) in your taskbar.
Click on the Mintivo logo icon and the My Mintivo application will open.
Step 2
You will now be guided through the one-time setup wizard.
You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address.
The next screen will prompt you to define your authentication methods.
Please select ‘Sign in using email token’.
You will then receive a one-time token to the inbox of the email address you entered.
Step 3
Setup wizard continued...
Please open a new tab or window and check your inbox for the token (check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox).

Copy the one-time token and enter it into the prompt on the authentication/sign-in screen.
Step 4
You're in!
Once you’ve entered the code, you will be signed into My Mintivo. Here you will be able to raise tickets using the Service Catalogue.
