MINTIVO

Structural changes to underpin growth and support

We are delighted to announce that from November our management structure will be changing.

Having led the company through the company’s 300% growth over the past 2 years, Steve Healy will step down as Managing Director, allowing Chris Gough, currently Technical Director, to advance into the role of Managing Director.

Steve will take on the role of CEO, enabling the company to retain his expertise and drive. Dave Swift, who has established himself as a pivotal player within the Mintivo team, will be promoted to Technical Director, utilising his considerable knowledge and experience.

Steve Healy commented that
“Dave’s experience and expertise is compelling. He specialises in providing technical solutions to clients and he understands business needs and architects these into secure, reliable IT solutions. His ability to facilitate and deliver multiple projects with a strong client focus throughout are some of the reasons why Mintivo have promoted Dave to Technical Director, also joining the management team and board.”

The new management structure is designed to allow continued growth. Passionate about improving the customer experience and launching new products and services, the Mintivo team are excited to be part of the ongoing success.

Ben Strange, IT Support Engineer, who has worked for Mintivo for over three years, commented that
“I love the fact that everything we do on the technical side is underpinned by the desire to offer the best customer service. The management team are all approachable, supportive and open to ideas from the team, so we all feel part of the success of the company.”

Mark Adams, Operations Director at Mintivo said “Today marks the start of an exciting new era for Mintivo. My initial vision to provide and manage the right IT solutions for organisations to achieve success has grown and developed with the support of Steve and Chris, introducing new products and services assisting our clients even more. Having Dave as Technical Director will increase our technical capabilities further, and his insight will be invaluable.”

Mintivo have also strengthened their Senior Management team over the past few months in readiness for this change, appointing Matt Bray as New Business Sales Manager; Paula Harsley as Business Support Manager and Sam Hughes becoming Service Delivery Manager.

Chris Gough concluded
“I am excited to lead the company forward, continuing to deliver innovative products and services to our clients whilst providing opportunities and support for our employees.”
