There was a very short window of opportunity for this to be done, so some considerable planning was needed to achieve the results. Investors in People were also scanning to encrypted USB sticks and then transferring data to their machines. This was not very productive and made simple scanning a time-consuming job. As well as this, they also needed all laptops re-imaged and a Security baseline established.
