Prominent drug and alcohol treatment charity, Bristol Drugs Project (BDP). has appointed Wiltshire-based IT services and solutions expert, Mintivo.
The appointment aims to enhance the charity’s services for the thousands of individuals it supports annually in and around the city.
BDP, with a history spanning 38 years, is embarking on a digital transformation journey facilitated by Mintivo’s expertise. This five-year collaboration will provide round-the-clock IT support to over 80 staff and volunteers, ensuring smoother operations and improved accessibility for clients.
Ben Judd, BDP’s Director of Business Development, expressed enthusiasm for the enhanced capabilities a streamlined IT system will bring. He emphasised the potential efficiencies that will translate into an even better service for BDP’s clientele, stating:
