Mintivo, leading National IT support provider, who help ambitious organisations grow by delivering corporate IT services to the SME, have moved into new premises in Chippenham Wiltshire to accommodate their own continued growth.

“We are delighted to have moved into the centre of Chippenham in Wiltshire. Our new offices have been set up to allow us to give our clients even greater support from our technical experts.”
In addition to their new premises, Mintivo has expanded their team over the past six months. Two additional Technical Consultants, an IT Infrastructure Engineer, two Support Engineers, a Sales Manager, an experienced Service Delivery Manager and a new Business Support Manager.
The talented support team work to the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework designed to standardise the selection, planning, delivery and maintenance of IT services within a business. In addition, they are Cyber Essentials certified, Advanced VoIP telephone specialists, Microsoft certified, VMware certified professionals and have a number of other Project Management, Customer Service, Technical and Sales software qualifications and accreditations.
Chris Gough, Technical Director, commented on Ed Goodall one of the IT Infrastructure Engineers “IT technical skills are in his blood.” Ed was one of the youngest designers with an app on Apple’s App Store, at the age of 12. He has continued to develop his IT skills having worked with Augmented Reality, Network Architecture and Cyber Security.
Mark Adams, Operations Director pointed out that:
“Our team is employed for their customer service skills, friendly and helpful natures in addition to their technical abilities. We believe that it is imperative for us to be able to explain highly technical solutions in a simple to understand way for those that don’t have the technical backgrounds that we have.”
As well as being an approved HM Government G-Cloud 11 supplier, Chris articulated the projects Mintivo are currently involved with:
“We are working on a number of high-level technical projects assisting national and international companies. They all have a high reliance on their IT infrastructure and therefore require expert assistance in creating an IT Strategy that ensures reliability, security and speed of IT systems. These projects range from implementing network management and monitoring, full connectivity services and cyber security consultancy. This is in addition to any managed IT support that we offer.”
