Meet Olivia
Olivia has joined #TeamMintivo as our new IT Incident Coordinator.
Olivia will be working with the Service Delivery team to ensure service desk tickets are managed and resolved in accordance with client SLA’s. Olivia is a newly graduated forensic computing student with a passion for new technologies and customer service – the perfect combination for this exciting role!
In her spare time Olivia is an avid gamer, enjoys reading and hanging out with friends. She also loves binge watching TV shows and a good crime documentary.
