Following our last news post, we are delighted to share that we are officially certified for both ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognised standard that ensures our products and services meet the needs of our customers, through an effective Quality Management System. We have developed and implemented our QM system to improve overall performance and to maintain the highest level of quality and service.
We feel our decision to obtain the ISO 9001:2015 accreditation demonstrates our commitment to ensuring consistency across service delivery and our ongoing investment in technology and development. The process itself ensures that we as a business have clearly defined and resilient processes and procedures in place across all our departments. This aligns with our core values as a business to provide exceptional customer service with a pragmatic approach, placing compliance, honesty, and security high on the list of priorities.
As a security services provider, Cyber Security is of paramount importance and is ingrained in everything we do. We take every precaution to ensure our customers’ data is secure so that they can focus on their day to day, without worrying about potential data breaches and theft of information. ISO/IEC 27001:2013 is one of the most widely recognised information security management standards. It is one of the few standards that uses a top-down, risk-based approach to evaluation and identifies requirements and specifications for a comprehensive Information Security Management System (ISMS), defining how an organisation should manage and handle information more securely, including security controls.
We are incredibly proud of the business and our team for working together to achieve this milestone and look forward to what this will mean for us moving forward. We hope that the addition of these two accreditations will enhance the confidence our current and potential customers have in our abilities and due diligence process and show that we not only practice what we preach but also have the independent validation that proves it too.
