Mintivo would like to wish all our clients, friends and prospective clients a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Whilst the New Year is a time to look to the future, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on this year which has been a fantastic one for us. We have moved into larger offices, increased both our turnover and team numbers together with welcoming even more wonderful clients to work with. We also started supporting Springboard, a fantastic charity offering help, guidance, care and nursery provision for pre-school children with Special Needs across North Wiltshire.
We are proud to have been shortlisted in the Employee Engagement category at the Investors In People Awards and finalists for the Business of the Year category at the Wiltshire Life Business Awards – results pending.
In November, we restructured our management team when Steve Healy stepped down as Managing Director to become CEO. Chris Gough, currently Technical Director advanced into the role of Managing Director and Dave Swift became Technical Director.
Mark Adams, Operations Director said at the time “Today marks the start of an exciting new era for Mintivo. My initial vision has grown and developed with the support of Steve and Chris. With Dave as our new Technical Director, the company is now set for future growth.”
Our aims for the future continue to be focussed on providing the best customer experience and support, enabling organisations and their team members to work effectively with the best possible IT solutions for their business.
Richard Crook, one of our IT Support Engineers summed up our aims up nicely:

Everyone is approachable and will take the time to listen to you, all the Directors have an open-door policy and are always finding ways to improve the customer and employee experience within Mintivo.”
Having launched Mintivo: Voice this year, next year will see the launch of yet more products for existing and new clients alike to enhance our existing offerings. Our desire is still to help ambitious organisations by delivering corporate IT services to them, enabling them to meet their own strategic goals whilst we reach ours.
Working with our clients (as opposed to working ‘for’ them) we make certain we fully understand their needs and objectives in order to not only meet but exceed them. In addition, we identify solutions to overcome their problems and pain points.
One potential problem over the festive period is what to do if there is a critical IT issue within your organisation. Mintivo clients need not worry, as we offer 24/7/365 Infrastructure Monitoring, which means even if there’s an issue on Christmas Day, there’ll be someone available to fix the issue. We also continue to monitor the critical server, network and security needs for all of our clients.
