Step 1

An initial site audit to record & verify what you have

We don’t know what we don’t know, so let’s get started on the right foot… You have already provided a list of assets and we need to make sure that nothing has been missed. Our site audit will allow our team to take a closer look at your infrastructure, note important configurations and nuances so that when support starts, we know exactly what we’re dealing with. Typically, the site audit will include the following infrastructure:


  • Physical and virtual servers

  • Firewalls

  • Network switches

  • Wireless access points

Step 2

The first 30 days support; Observation, stabilisation & reporting

The first 30 days of support would include a period of observation, stabilisation and reporting. Mintivo’s support will closely monitor calls logged on the helpdesk to identify common issues, problems and resolutions. This our opportunity to fully understand your current network.

Join Mintivo’s Service Desk to record and track issues

Naturally, at this point we’ll invite key users into our helpdesk platform so that issues can be raised, managed and resolved, transparently.

Step 3

The next 60 days support; Plan, modernise & fix underlying problems

In the next 60 days, our team will use the data collected from the initial 30 days to inform an IT steering group to identify and resolve underlying issues. If necessary, we’ll set priorities and recommend improvements, efficiencies and security enhancements.

Step 4

Ongoing monitoring and support; Keeping everything working

From here on, we monitor and fix issues as they occur. Our performance is continually reviewed by your account manager who will hold quarterly reviews with you to ensure that your infrastructure remains robust, secure and compliant.

The service review…

We’ll provide a comprehensive suite of reporting and review services. Service management meetings are scheduled every month or at intervals to suit. You will have a dedicated Account Manager who can be contacted to discuss any aspect of service delivery.Monthly statistics on service delivery are provided at every service review meeting, covering:

Type and number of incidents per site, department and user

dentification of reoccurring incidents

Critical alerts received

Mintivo-risk-icon

Backup status*

Service improvement recommendations

Number of service ticket escalations

Recommended future improvements to infrastructure
